Effective Date: 10/04/2025
This policy establishes the terms for organizations and individuals that wish to partner with our charity to facilitate digital inclusion in Bangladesh. We aim to enhance affordable internet access and educational support for underprivileged communities. This policy establishes eligibility criteria, roles, responsibilities, and accountability standards for all formal collaborations and is compliant with local Bangladeshi legislation and international best practices.
Eligible Partners Are:
Individuals:
Any person legally competent to enter into a binding contract can partner with our charity on a specific program or aspect of a program.
Corporate Sponsors:
Businesses that adopt corporate social responsibility initiatives and are willing to provide resources or expertise. Partnerships can be tiered (e.g., Silver, Gold, and Platinum) or as overall event sponsors in aid of our operations.
Nonprofit Organizations & NGOs:
Local and global charitable organizations whose missions are aligned with digital inclusion, education, or community development.
In Bangladesh, the partners should ideally be registered with the NGO Affairs Bureau (or applicable regulatory body) to satisfy local law compliance.
Educational Institutions:
Schools, universities, and training institutions are interested in collaborating on education initiatives, sharing resources, and offering digital literacy programs.
Mission Alignment:
Potential partners should be able to demonstrate support for our mission of expanding digital access and educational opportunity in unserved communities.
Formal Application:
All potential future partners must undergo a formal application process. This includes the presentation of suitable documentation (e.g., registration certificates, tax status, and proof of previous projects) for consideration of suitability and commitment.
Compliance:
Partners shall accept and comply with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy as well as Bangladeshi law and regulations.
Transparency and Accountability:
A very high standard of transparency is expected. Partners should be prepared to provide project data, financial statements, and working activities periodically.
Local Context Considerations:
Partners working in Bangladesh should comply with any particular rules stated by the local government, such as NGO registration, tax breaks, and anticorruption practices.
