Eligibility Overview

Internet for All strives to bridge the digital divide by providing free or deeply discounted broadband services to disadvantaged communities. We focus on three key groups—students, teachers, and seniors—so that all have the opportunity to learn, teach, and stay connected. All applicants must meet certain eligibility criteria and provide required documents. For open internet access, additional suggestions based on economic need or local government support may be required. This project, informed by both local practice and global best practice, is operated by Quamrul Islam Siddique Charity and ICC Communication Ltd.

Who We Serve: Bridging Connection with Care

At Internet for All, we strive to make the internet accessible to everyone. The following is a simplified summary of our eligibility requirements, emphasizing clarity, compassion, and inclusivity.

Senior Citizens: Staying Connected with Family Members

Who is Eligible?

Individuals 65 years and above.

Required Documents:

  • Proof of Identity: A valid National ID (NID).
  • Community Confirmation: Seniors needing free internet access must obtain a referral from their local government office. It serves as verification of economic hardship.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Besides the above-stated eligibility requirements, the following general conditions will apply to all the applicants:

  • Verification Process: Each document will be scanned with great scrutiny to verify genuineness.
  • Package Information: On our website, we explicitly mention all the free internet packages offered and discounted broadband schemes with information regarding the duration, speed, and charges, if any.
  • Digital Literacy & Device Support: Apart from connectivity, we also give digital literacy training and device support like modems, routers, and even cheap tablets or laptops through partner schemes.
  • CSR & Inclusive Development: This is an integral component of our broader mission towards digital inclusion, in line with the vision for a digitally empowered Bangladesh.

A Note from Our Team

"This isn't about bringing the internet—it's about bringing back dignity and opportunity. When a student submits an assignment on time, a teacher teaches a lesson uninterrupted, or an elderly person contacts loved ones without hitches, we know we are making a tangible impact." — Quamrul Islam Siddique Charity & Internet for All Team

This consolidated overview represents our dedication to ensuring that all qualified students, teachers, and seniors have access to affordable internet access, providing them with the ability to overcome the digital divide and prosper in the modern connected world.
